Started in a cramped single-bay shop on Fraser Street. Just me, my toolbox from the old country, and a stubborn BMW that wouldn't start. That car taught me more about persistence than any certification ever did. We fixed it, and word spread fast in the Euro car community.
Hired my first tech - Viktor, who'd been working on Audis since before I could drive. We moved to a bigger spot, added another lift. Started seeing Porsches and Mercedes roll in regularly. Still couldn't believe people trusted us with their pride and joy, but we earned every bit of that trust.
Invested in proper diagnostic equipment - the kind that doesn't lie to you. Added performance tuning to our lineup after countless nights researching ECU mapping. Our first Stage 2 tune on a Golf R was... let's just say the customer came back grinning like a kid on Christmas morning.
Moved to our current Viking Way location - 8 bays, dedicated dyno room, and enough space to actually walk between cars. Team grew to 12 specialists. Each one knows their stuff, from Italian exotics to German precision machines. No egos, just good wrench work.
Still fixing cars, still learning every day. Added hybrid system diagnostics 'cause that's where the industry's heading. We've worked on everything from classic 911s to the latest AMG hybrids. The job's changed, but the mission hasn't - treat every car like it's our own.

Founder & Lead Technician
Started wrenching on Ladas back in the day, now specializes in BMW and Mercedes diagnostics. Can hear a misfire from across the shop. Don't ask him about carburetors unless you've got time.
Senior Technician - VAG Group
Twenty years deep in Volkswagen Group stuff. If it's got four rings or a VW badge, he's probably fixed it twice. Speaks fluent VCDS and doesn't mess around with transmission issues.
Performance Tuning Lead
Came from the track scene, knows his way around anything with a turbo. Handles our ECU mapping and performance builds. Gets weirdly excited about boost curves and ignition timing.
Diagnostic Specialist
Engineering degree meets shop floor experience. Tackles the electrical gremlins nobody else wants to touch. Saved us on more than one "impossible to diagnose" nightmare case.
Suspension & Brake Lead
Background in racing suspension setups. Can dial in handling like nobody's business. If your car pulls left or the brakes feel spongy, he's your guy. Perfectionist to a fault.
Apprentice Technician
Fresh out of tech school but learns fast. Handles maintenance work and assists the senior techs. Actually reads the service manuals, which is refreshing. Kid's gonna be solid once he gets more seat time.
