We're located right off Viking Way in Richmond. If you're coming from Vancouver, take the Oak Street Bridge and hang a right on Westminster. Can't miss us - look for the big red sign.

Yeah, we work by appointment mostly. Keeps things running smooth and means we can give your car proper attention. That said, if it's urgent we'll squeeze you in somehow.
We're all about European performance - BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, VW/VAG stuff. We've got the right tools and experience for these. If you've got something else, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Depends what we're doing. Basic service might be same-day. Bigger jobs could need a few days, especially if we gotta order parts. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
We've got a couple loaners for longer jobs, but they book up quick. First come, first served kinda deal. Otherwise there's Uber nearby or we can drop you at the Skytrain.
